ABOUT
Jal Steven Feldman is a talented and versatile pianist who specializes in accompanying singers and instrumentalists. He has performed classical, popular, Broadway show music, jazz, Latin, gospel, and Jewish music. He has accompanied hundreds of professional singers, violinists, and other instrumentalists as well as children and teenagers.
Jal has played for shows such as Guys and Dolls, West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler on the Roof, Irving Berlin in Revue, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown and much more.

The Jal Feldman Groups
Created, developed, organized and played keyboards with some of Seattle’s finest musicians for a wide-ranging music entertainment service performing at weddings, receptions, business events, banquets, and bar mitzvahs.
The Center for Spiritual Living, Seattle
27 years as pianist for a large and successful spiritual center in support of four music directors at services, concerts, talent shows, church camps and fund-raising events. Accompanied singers and choirs, improvised music behind prayers and meditations, performed with bands and as a soloist, created chord charts and rehearsal recordings. Presented a fundraising concert in support of the center’s Youth and Family Ministries program that raised over $2100.
Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue
27 years playing for Jewish services in support of four music directors and two rabbis. Played at Shabbat, high holidays and special-theme Purim services.
Music Center of the Northwest
14 years as a Suzuki piano instructor for children and teens at a community music school. Students routinely received recognition and high-level evaluations for outstanding skill in performances. Presented a fundraising concert for the school with participation by 18 of his students which raised $3,159.
University Prep Academy
4 years as accompanist for yearly musical productions at a private high school. Created, developed and co-taught an experiential “Recording Studio Experience” class for students.
